Billing Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Billing Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in billing and accounts receivable, particularly in the construction or contracting industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:
• Process and manage billing operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including tracking and resolving discrepancies.
• Utilize Aderant and Costpoint systems to streamline billing and customer service functions.
• Export and analyze customer service data to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing inquiries.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor account balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Implement best practices to optimize billing workflows and systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Aderant and Costpoint systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with export customer service processes.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred.
