Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and deliveries
- Answer and direct incoming calls (low volume) with professionalism and clarity
- Assist with fitting copy machines and maintaining print supply inventory
- Print and organize construction maps and project materials as needed
- Place and track purchase orders for office and project-related supplies
- Support communication with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries
- Receive and document incoming deliveries, ensuring proper handling and distribution
- Maintain the front office area for cleanliness, organization, and functionality
- Provide light administrative support to office and project management teams
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and general employee support as needed, with the potential to grow into additional HR functions
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, printing tools)
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to learn new office systems and processes quickly
- Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
