Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator
Hernandez Chiropractic is growing—and we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English), high-energy Receptionist who wants more than just a job. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30pm–6pm & Fridays from 8am-1pm.
Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
Location: San Marcos, CA

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first warm welcome our patients receive—both in person and on the phone
- Check patients in and out, manage scheduling, process paperwork and payments
- Handle patient questions with confidence and care
- Support the clinical team through clear communication and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Strong emotional intelligence and confidence in high-volume settings
- Fast learner who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Experience in medical admin, chiropractic assistant, or billing is a major plus
- Ability to multitask with kindness, clarity, and professionalism
