Temporary Assignment – 2 Weeks (Potential for Extension)

Location: Construction Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week
Start Date: Mid-June

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support a busy construction office. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors while providing administrative support to office leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, employees, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Assist employees with general questions and provide support as needed
  • Distribute employee paychecks and assist with payroll-related inquiries
  • Coordinate and communicate with company leadership, including the CEO
  • Schedule meetings and assist with Microsoft Teams communications
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a professional and organized front office environment

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, and clients
  • Experience answering multi-line phone systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to start work at 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:

  • Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 2 weeks
  • Potential for extension based on business needs and performance
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
