Bilingual Spanish - Customer Care Representative

Overview:

Robert Half is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Customer Care Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in their community, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This opportunity starts fully onsite for training and transitions to a hybrid schedule after six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from individuals seeking support, resources, and services
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with Spanish- and English-speaking clients
• Conduct intake interviews, gather client information, and enter accurate data into internal systems
• Provide referrals and guidance based on client needs within a social services framework
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and community partners to ensure client needs are met
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive situations

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) — Required
• 1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a nonprofit, healthcare, or social services setting
• Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to helping vulnerable populations
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry
• Ability to work onsite for the first six months, then transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days remote / 2 days onsite)
