Azure/Entra/O365 Administrator/Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Azure/Entra/O365 Administrator/Engineer to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to manage and enhance a large-scale hybrid enterprise environment, supporting both cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Entra ID, and O365, as well as a strong focus on security and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, including automation through PowerShell scripting.

• Manage identity and access solutions using Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access policies, and related technologies.

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Ensure security compliance by identifying and mitigating risks within cloud and hybrid environments.

• Maintain and configure Active Directory, Group Policies, and other on-premise systems.

• Oversee certificate and secret renewals for secure system operations.

• Configure and manage load balancers to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Support hybrid Exchange integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve system processes.

• Monitor and resolve issues within Citrix environments and other enterprise technologies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration or engineering roles, with a focus on security.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services.
• Deep understanding of hybrid enterprise environments, including cloud and on-premise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
• Strong skills in automation tools, particularly PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and load balancer configurations.
• Ability to identify and mitigate security risks across cloud and hybrid systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
