AV Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV & Break-Fix Technician to support the setup, installation, and maintenance of conference room technologies across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is comfortable working independently on project-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support AV equipment including Surface Hub TVs, Google TVs, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, BlueJeans, and conference telephony systems.
• Set up and support breakout rooms for Microsoft Teams meetings.
• Troubleshoot and repair AV and IT hardware and software issues (break-fix support).
• Provide on-site technical support for users, including remote employees via remote control tools.
• Travel to various project sites across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area.
• Lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds as needed.

• 3 years of proven experience with AV systems installation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, VPNs, Active Directory, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with a variety of software applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on long-term project assignments.
