Attorney - Legal Research & Writing

A reputable trial firm is seeking a Legal Research and Writing Attorney to join their team in Everett, WA. Their practice focuses on bad faith litigation, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Draft motions, oppositions, appellate briefs, and trial materials in complex litigation cases.
• Conduct extensive research on insurance law, torts, and civil procedures.
• Work closely with trial attorneys on case strategies, discovery processes, and mediation materials.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 depending on experience level. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan with match; flexible paid time off; bonuses, and more.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and active WA bar license required.
• 3 years of heavy motion drafting experience or appellate drafting experience preferred (senior-level candidates encouraged).
