Assistant Customer Operations

We are looking for an Assistant Customer Operations specialist to join our team in Stockton, California. This contract position involves supporting customer operations and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external clients. The role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the end-to-end order management process, from order receipt to invoice generation, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance, as well as external customers.
• Provide timely and thorough responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison and resource for Sales, Marketing, Quality, and other departments to support customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining readiness for audits and reviews.
• Manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track data, and perform daily tasks with efficiency.
• Offer support for international shipping and trade compliance processes, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve connectivity issues and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Continuously improve processes and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing customer operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or operations roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems is beneficial.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Experience with international shipping, trade compliance, and related processes is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently while demonstrating ownership and urgency in task completion.
