What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor position at Robert Half?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Supervisor with strong analytical skills to join our client’s team. This role focuses on managing and improving AR processes, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and building strong customer relationships. This is an Onsite position in St. Louis area.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of AR specialists, developing and implementing an efficient workflow to effectively manage accounts receivable processes across several entities.
- Post daily payments and resolve any discrepancies in cash receipts promptly.
- Update billing changes accordingly.
- Review aging accounts daily to ensure timely collections per policy.
- Regularly contact customers and track collection progress.
- Work with Account Managers when additional support is needed.
Requirements
- Accounting degree is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable processing.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service to maintain relationship with clients from AR perspective
- Candidates who understand revenue experience is a plus.
- NetSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
