The position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in the transport industry.Responsibilities:• Analyze and reconcile large datasets of accounts receivable to identify payment discrepancies and variances.• Categorize variances such as pricing differences, quantity mismatches, or unapplied payments for efficient resolution.• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to address and resolve outstanding payment issues.• Manage collection efforts and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely resolution.• Maintain accurate documentation of adjustments, reconciliations, and follow-up actions within financial systems.• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP to streamline data analysis.• Evaluate and improve accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.• Assist with cash applications, billing functions, and tracking cash activity.• Leverage SAP and other financial software to support daily operations and reporting.• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all AR activities.
