This position is ideal for a detail-oriented detail oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong foundation in accounting practices.Responsibilities:• Process and post invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely payment schedules.• Manage vendor relationships, including addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.• Maintain detailed payment schedules and post payments to appropriate accounts.• Handle intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation and accounting.• Perform coding of invoices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Conduct regular check runs and prepare payment batches.• Utilize accounting software such as Microsoft Great Plains, QuickBooks, and Oracle to manage financial records.• Provide support for financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
