In this Contract to permanent position, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in accounts payable and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:• Process approximately 50 accounts payable transactions weekly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Perform ad hoc accounting tasks to support the broader finance team.• Accurately code invoices and manage account coding to ensure proper ledger entries.• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and oversee check runs.• Utilize NetSuite software for financial management and reporting.• Collaborate with team members to maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.• Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline the accounts payable process.• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and manage payment schedules.
