Remote role available! A client based in Morris County, NJ is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager on a contract to full-time basis to support ongoing efforts to enhance departmental operations and expand the team's infrastructure. The Accounts Payable Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Accounts Payable and the Director of Shared Services to manage workflows, oversee and analyze the payables process, identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, and manage monthly close processes. The ideal Accounts Payable Manager will have recent experience working in large, complex organizations, will have developed and implemented best practices to drive productivity and enhance vendor customer service, and will have strong leadership skills. This Accounts Payable Manager must be tech savvy, and should be proficient with PeopleSoft, MS SharePoint, and MS Teams.

• Proven experience in accounts payable management within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft accounting software
• Strong knowledge of technology and software, including MS SharePoint and MS Teams for collaboration and workflow purposes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
