This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients on technical accounting challenges and drive impactful financial solutions.Responsibilities:• Provide expert advice on U.S. accounting standards and emerging regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant with evolving requirements.• Support clients in implementing new accounting standards, such as revenue recognition and lease accounting.• Assist with financial reporting for transactions including IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and complex financing structures.• Deliver technical accounting guidance for financial instruments and fresh-start accounting post-bankruptcy.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to communicate technical concepts and project updates.• Oversee multiple engagements, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.• Monitor financial metrics for engagements and provide regular reports to leadership.• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration.• Promote a team-oriented environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
