Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including verifying and posting transactions.
• Handle billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices using OnBase software and workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis of financial data.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of workflow processes within OnBase.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Experience with billing and invoice processing.
• Advanced data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and its financial functions.
• Prior experience using OnBase software and workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
