We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a well established leader in the financial services industry, for an Accounting Clerk position. This is a contract-to-hire role fully in-office at their Carmel location, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily check deposits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle inquiries related to customer accounts and invoices.
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions to resolve issues.

- Experience in account reconciliation, accounts receivable, data entry, and invoice processing.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
