The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounts, tracking revenue, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.Responsibilities:• Process and monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments.• Reconcile credit card accounts and bring them up to date, addressing a backlog of previous transactions.• Collaborate on payroll system updates and assist with transitioning processes effectively.• Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and monitor revenue streams.• Support the year-end closing process by preparing and analyzing financial data.• Track earned revenue and ensure proper documentation for reporting purposes.• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the general ledger.• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
