2nd shift Receptionist opening

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to provide front desk support for a non-profit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a contract position, requiring an individual who can assist during the 2nd shift and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. The role involves welcoming visitors, maintaining security protocols, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, clients, staff, and visitors in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate areas or notify staff members of their arrival.

• Oversee the entry and exit of visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed and reporting any concerns.

• Monitor and manage the electronic security system to maintain a safe environment.

• Coordinate with fire and police departments during emergencies, providing prompt and accurate assistance.

• Support emergency evacuation procedures and fire drills as needed.

• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

• Respond to inquiries about residency following established guidelines and procedures.

• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a non-profit or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems and emergency response procedures.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse individuals and groups.
• All candidates are required to undergo background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare administration is a plus.
• Availability to work during 2nd shift hours.
