What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member- Opening Shift position at Full Throttle Adrenaline Park?
We are seeking fun, friendly, and outgoing Kart Coaches, Cashiers, Axe Coaches, Virtual Reality Coaches, Paintball Coaches, and Rage Coaches! If you are looking for a unique and fun work environment, then look no further! We offer adrenaline filled activities that you will not find anywhere else.
Starting pay is $12/hour. If you prove to be reliable and show up ready to work, then you will likely move up quickly. Eligible for fast pay and hour increases with demonstrated initiative and potential. Experience is a plus!
MUST! have some weekend availability (Friday through Sunday). Unless otherwise requested, typical schedule provides 5 workdays with two days off per week. All staff must be available to work some evening shifts (4:00PM-12:00AM).
ALL positions require that you be loud and outgoing! Must be prepared to smile and talk with customers for entire shift. Customer service is what differentiates us from the rest!
Team members will be trained on all positions and required to switch roles depending on scheduling needs. The phrase "That's not my job!" does not apply here. Our team works together to help one another, and no job is beneath anyone.
