Key Responsibilities:

- Build deep client relationships by understanding their goals and providing tailored recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Partner with candidates throughout the hiring process—sourcing, interviewing, and matching them to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiters and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase our solutions and drive new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance metrics, with a clear path to increased earnings.
- Stay current on market trends, industry insights, and competitor activity to position Robert Half as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting on sales pipelines, forecasts, and account performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or recruitment/staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving business growth.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This role offers a competitive base salary in the $70K - $75K range, plus performance-based commission. On average, successful Account Managers are earning $80K–$85K after their first year with bonuses.
