Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.
- Working with other departments, such as inventory control, to ensure quality standards are met
- Support month-end close by ensuring proper cutoffs and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 2 years' experience in accounting, manufacturing industry required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
