Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with current and potential clients to foster strong business relationships.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives to drive project success.
- Plan, organize, and execute special projects with precision and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a results-driven focus.
- Work independently to manage tasks and responsibilities with a high degree of organization.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and building connections.
- Maintain positive and detail-oriented relationships with team members and management.
- Utilize computer software, including Shopworx, to streamline sales and administrative processes.
- Contribute to team goals by demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Continuously seek personal and detail-oriented growth opportunities.
- Minimum of two years of inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with embroidery and screen printing is a plus.
- Interest in business development and building client relationships.
