Personal Injury Labor Litigation Paralegal

Bronx, NY - $80-$90K DOE


Our client, a boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm, is currently recruiting for a Labor Paralegal to join their Bronx NY office. Candidate must have 3 years of construction/labor law experience from a law firm on the plaintiff side.


  • 3 years of labor/construction accident litigation experience
  • Plaintiff side required
  • Experience drafting Bills of Particulars, discovery responses, preparation of witness statements, deposition prep, etc.
  • Labor Law 240 experience
  • Must be able to commute to Bronx, near courthouse
  • $80-$90K DOE

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
