Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the firm.
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical offices, attorneys, and clients.
- Manage IME appointments and scheduling.
- Request medical records.
- Request Uber/Lyft rides for clients.
- Provide personal assistance support to attorneys as needed, including preparing materials for intakes and client meetings.
- Oversee the mail, scan and distribute mail accordingly so they can properly be addressed.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, email.
- Experience in a legal environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
