Responding Candidates must have between 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience from a reputable law firm and be admitted to practice in NJ and NY or be able to waive into either state quickly. Ideal candidates will have taken and defended depositions, appeared in court, have excellent research and writing skills, draft and argue motions, manage discover and received their JD from a good school.
