Our North Jersey office is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team.
This position is ideal for an attorney with 5 years of insurance defense experience who has developed a strong background handling New Jersey automobile liability matters. The successful candidate will manage an active litigation caseload while working closely with experienced trial attorneys on complex and challenging matters.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
- Handle New Jersey automobile liability litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and dispositive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
- Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys
- Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings
- Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts
