Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on and energetic, with a solution-oriented approach to selling and strong expertise in a CRM including analytics.
- Thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and can collaborate with multiple subject matter experts to develop solutions. They have a true passion for driving sales.
- Providing moving quotes to prospective clients that are moving locally, storage, long distance or internationally.
- Upselling moving services such as packing, unpacking, carpentry, and other services.
- Follow up with clients on a quote provided-closing deal.
- 2 years of sales experience in a moving industry is a must.
- Onsite estimate experience a plus.
- Time management and efficiency are a must as well as being able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle a variety of complex variables.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have strong communication skills with enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful customer service drive.
- Strong work ethic and desire to be successful and close deals.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work on weekends.
