Role Description
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting our diverse range of products. Your daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, managing existing customer accounts and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business; expand existing accounts.
- Conduct market visits, product presentations, and promotional events.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Track performance and report insights to management.
Qualifications
- US work authorization (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel within the region, as needed.

- Total Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (includes base salary commission), depending on experience and performance.
