About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow accounts, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. You’ll prospect, negotiate, and close while partnering with internal teams to deliver excellent service and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business; expand existing accounts.
- Conduct market visits, product presentations, and promotional events.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Track performance and report insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
