We’re currently seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator to join our team in Omaha, NE.

Primary Job Duties*:
- Create and monitor rental contracts, make changes as required, manage invoicing, close contracts, verify accuracy, and manage completed signatures
- Verify customer account and insurance status
- Process equipment requests from sales and other sources by matching and prioritizing available inventory with requests
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up of equipment from rentals, sales, or transfers
- Organize and operate various pieces of equipment within the yard as needed
- Coordinate with service departments at all locations to arrange rental ready status of the fleet
- Creating and keeping records to help manage expenses, track potential lost revenue and helping our sales team
- Assist other Rental Coordinators and Salesman maximizing the utilization of rental inventory within the entire company
- Occasional travel to other locations
- Oher duties as assigned

Candidate Must Haves:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excel in a high volume fast paced environment
- Creative problem solver, with attention to details
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise
- Able to operate construction equipment and forklifts.
- Able to push, pull, or carry up to 60lbs
- Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
