$19-21/ hr (based on experience/availability)
Day Shifts, Overnight Shifts - Part Time/Full Time
Looking for individuals who can work at least 24-40 hours a week
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Licensed driver with clean driving record and adhere to RNS’ safety policy
- Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state/RNS' policy
- Reliable Transportation
- Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities, cell phone skills
- Daily access to email
- Knowledge of the English language
- Complete all physical and mental demands for the position described.

Responsibilities:
- Provides care agreed upon by client/client’s family and RNS case manager.
- Must be willing to provide assistance with ALL activities of daily living including- monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation, personal care, errands as needed for client. Work with pets when necessary.
- Comply with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code, weekend/holiday availability policies.
- CPR certified or completion within 90 days of hire.
- TB test (current) or within 90 days of hire
- Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement.
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Salary : $19 - $21
