- RNS Private Duty Care – Leawood, KS
- Part-time/Full-time - $25
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:30am - 6pm
- RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry.
- High School Diploma
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record
- Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies
- Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities, cell phone skills
- Daily access to RNS’ email
- Knowledge of the English language
- Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
- MUST have ability to provide transportation for clients in both the client's vehicle and personal vehicle.
- Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager
- Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed for client.
- Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
- CPR certified or completion within 90 days of hire
- TB test (current) or within 90 days of hire
- Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed
- Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
