- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy

- Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role
- Provide care as agreed upon by the client, client’s family, and RNS case manager
- Assist with activities of daily living, including monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management
- Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed
- Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
- Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
- Maintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire)
- Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire)
- Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable
