- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policies
- Reliable, insured vehicle

- Ability to meet the physical and mental requirements of the role
- Provide care according to the client’s needs and the care plan established by the client, family, and RNS case manager
- Assist with activities of daily living, including monitoring clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, household tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management
- Provide safe transportation and assist with errands as needed
- Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
- Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
- Maintain current CPR certification or obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Maintain a current TB test or complete one within 90 days of hire
- Be responsible for working all assigned shifts and communicating promptly if unavailable so appropriate coverage can be arranged
