- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Monitor clients and report changes in condition to the appropriate RNS team member
- Assist with fall prevention and safety monitoring
- Take and document vital signs as needed
- Provide medication reminders and other non-medical support
- Assist with light household tasks and errands as appropriate
- Provide safe transportation when required
- Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all RNS policies and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the RNS care team
- Current CNA certification
- High School Diploma
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policies
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
- Daily access to RNS email
- Fluent in English
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to meet the physical and mental requirements of the role
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Current TB test or willingness to complete one within 90 days of hire
