Job Summary
The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with and performing the erection of metal buildings and the installation of metal roof and wall panels, trim, and related sheet metal components. This role requires safe work practices, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions and drawings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings and related structures.
- Install metal roof and wall sheets, panels, trim, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and accessories.
- Measure, cut, fit, and fasten sheet metal materials according to plans and specifications.
- Install sealants, closures, fasteners, and weatherproofing materials as required.
- Read tape measures and follow layout marks, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials at the jobsite.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Work closely with the lead man and crew members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
- Perform other related construction duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year of sheet metal, metal building, roofing, siding, or general construction experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
