At RMC – a global Stevie® Award Winner for Great Employers, we produce luxury experiences, destination events, and unforgettable programs nationwide. Now, we’re looking for a Regional Financial Associate who will bring precision, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset to our Finance team.
🔍 What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clean, accurate financials on programs within your assigned region.
You will:
✨ Send deposit and final invoices
✨ Process vendor payments and credit card transactions
✨ Reconcile costs with accuracy and timeliness
✨ Partner closely with Operations, General Managers, and vendors
✨ Ensure allocations and costs are accurate and aligned
Your eye for detail and financial discipline will help support seamless operations—from program kickoff through final reconciliation.
💡 What You Bring
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (AP, finance admin, or DMC ops)
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines
• Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce preferred
Bonus: Familiarity with event costing tools is a plus—but not required.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
