Role: SAP OCM Lead

Job Description:
Phase Focus: Realize → Deploy → Hypercare
Reports To: Delivery Manager & IT Supervisor
Team: OCM & Training Workstream (Partners with PMO, Process Owners, Communications, HR/People Ops, and SI)
Role Summary
Lead the change strategy and execution for a brownfield RISE S/4HANA conversion impacting 500 users. Own stakeholder alignment, impact analysis, communications, sponsorship, organization readiness, and adoption KPIs across global functions. Ensure people, process, data, and technology changes are understood, adopted, and sustained from Realize through Hypercare.
Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain the OCM Strategy & Plan aligned to the integrated project plan.
- Establish change governance (sponsor coalition, change network, cadence, decision rights).
- Partner with PMO to embed change checkpoints into stage gates and cutover criteria.
Stakeholder & Impact Management
- Maintain stakeholder map and heatmaps; update as design decisions evolve.
- Lead Change Impact Assessment per process area.
- Translate impacts into role-based behavior changes and readiness actions.
Communications & Engagement
- Build and run a communications plan (program updates, “What’s changing?”, value messaging, risk logs).
- Draft executive talking points and support the project delivery team with town halls, demos, roadshows, “Ask Me Anything” sessions.
Readiness & Adoption
- Define readiness framework & KPIs (awareness, confidence, access, data, testing, training completion).
- Orchestrate Org Readiness Assessments (baseline, checkpoints, go/no-go inputs).
Change Network & Sponsorship
- Stand-up and coach Change Agent/Champion Network across functions/locations.
- Coach executive sponsors and middle managers on visible sponsorship and resistance management.
Enablement Alignment
- Partner with Training Lead on curriculum priorities, adoption blockers, and role mapping.
- Convert change impacts into enablement artifacts (Provide inputs to Training Lead in preparing job aids, quick guides, process walk-throughs).
Cutover & Hypercare
- Input to cutover readiness (people readiness gates, comms packs, day‑1 support, command center scripts).
- Measure adoption and lead stabilization activities (office hours, floor-walking, pulse surveys).
Deliverables

Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years in OCM for ERP/Finance transformations; Expertise with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and ERP adoption metrics.
Strong executive presence, facilitation, stakeholder management across functions and regions
