Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: San Francisco/Sunnyvale/ Seattle, WA/Dallas, TX/New York/Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 months

The TA Analytics team’s goal is to raise the bar for all of TA when it comes to data literacy. A successful candidate has a strong background in building visualizations in Tableau utilizing a direct connection to a data warehouse. You demonstrate confidence to handle problems, as well as the ability to work with a variety of different people.
The purpose of the position is to help the Talent Acquisition team migrate their Tableau reporting platform to a new data source, as part of a new technology implementation. We have dozens of reports/dashboards/tools in Tableau that will need to be rebuilt in the new environment.
What the Candidate Will Do:
- Rebuilding Dashboards, Review existing Tableau dashboards, reports, and tools currently connected to the old data source.
- Recreate or redesign them using the new data source/warehouse connection.
- Validate that visuals, filters, metrics, and calculations match or improve upon legacy versions.
- Review the Talent Acquisition Analytics team’s Tableau environment by designing and building dashboards from scratch, and strategically implementing enhancements to existing dashboards
- Help drive analytics/reporting strategy as it pertains to metric definition/logic for a myriad of disciples within Talent Acquisition
- Support ad hoc analytics requests from partners within TA and the P&P organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other disciplines with demonstrated technical exposure
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in data analysis, data science, technical solutions, engineering, or other technical positions.
- Have quantitative skills and be comfortable with data exploration tools.
- Proficiency with Tableau or other dashboard building tool
- Exposure to data stores & querying frameworks such as MySQL & BigQuery and production technical stacks
