- Experience managing multiple deliverables across projects and priorities
- A collaborative mindset, creative spark, and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Passion for storytelling that builds culture, connection, and pride
- Have experience supporting communications around organizational change or transformation
- Are comfortable building comms strategies from the ground up
- Love creating content that make people feel something: inspired, motivated
