JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Front End Lead will help oversee the daily store operations and ensure all processes are followed efficiently

Front End Lead has proven ability to train, supervise, coach and motivate front end team members

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle escalated situations with customers or other team members

Support front-end cashiers during high volume rushes, operating cash register or supporting self-checkout

Front End Lead has knowledge of all ad items, special deals, etc that apply to the store. Can quickly and efficiently report all pricing errors or items not on file.

Assist in ensuring the availability, control and proper use of front-end supplies including bags, register tapes, office forms, cleaning supplies, etc.

Ensure timely pick-up, control, accuracy and security of cash in registers and safe.

Front End Lead will train and enforce company policy in opening and closing the store.

Provide an exceptional customer experience ensuring RallyStop’s standards are met.

Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication.

Maintain a positive and open working relationship with the other department Leads.

Front End Lead must be good at multitasking, organized, and have strong leadership skills.

Adhere to the store uniform guidelines and maintain a clean professional appearance

Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations

Perform additional duties as assigned

NOTES:

Ability to work weekends, evenings and holiday shifts

Food Handlers Permit must be obtained

Tobacco and Alcohol Certificates are required

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS

Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. This job also requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire workday; up to 8 hours. Team members are regularly required to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds from location to location.
