Primary Care Physician
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)
Summary:
This role is for a board-certified, Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician committed to improving health outcomes in underserved communities through full-scope adult outpatient care.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients (18 ) in a clinical setting

Lead the care team in managing acute and chronic illnesses

Perform in-clinic procedures and wellness screenings as appropriate

Utilize EMR (Elation) for accurate, compliant documentation

Serve as a clinical leader supporting a collaborative, patient-focused culture
Key Skills:
Internal medicine, Leadership, Bilingual communication
Requirements:

MD or DO with active New Mexico medical license

Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Fluent in Spanish

Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred

Training Site: Albuquerque, NM (existing clinic)

Permanent Worksite: Los Lunas, NM (new clinic opening Sept/Oct 2025)

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care – Adult patients only

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

No nights, weekends, or holidays
