Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)
Summary:
This full-time position is for an experienced Spanish-speaking NP or PA to deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in a community-focused clinic setting.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatment plans

Manage chronic and acute conditions in a diverse adult population

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Elation EMR system

Support continuity of care through patient education and follow-up

Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure high-quality care delivery
Key Skills:
Clinical diagnosis, Chronic care management, Spanish communication
Requirements:

Active NP or PA license and national certification

2 years of experience in adult primary care preferred

Must be fluent in Spanish

Training Site: Albuquerque, NM (existing clinic)

Permanent Worksite: Los Lunas, NM (new clinic opening Sept/Oct 2025)

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care – Adult patients only

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

No nights, weekends, or holidays
