Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for shop, office, and building facilities. This role ensures operations run safely, efficiently, and within budget while managing personnel, equipment, and resources.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead maintenance personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and machinery, identifying and resolving issues.

Manage inventory, purchase orders, and coordinate with contractors or vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and equipment regulations.

Provide coaching, feedback, and training to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
