Afternoon Front Desk Receptionist
RiverWoods is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work 15 hours a week in Exeter, NH. Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, the primary role of the Front Desk Receptionist is to provide quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors. This person supports all aspects of the RiverWoods Community.
Work times may vary between 8am and 4pm as well as Evenings from 11:00am to 7pm however the typical schedule would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2pm to 7pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests and vendors using a friendly, helpful, and responsive manner
- Answer multi-line telephone in a professional, friendly and responsive manner.
- Communicate to staff and concierge on a two-way radio.
- Process all out-going and in-coming mail.
- Booking guest room reservations for resident's family and guest
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years working experience in the receptionist/secretarial field.
- Experience working with computers, word processing and spreadsheets.
- New Hampshire Notary preferred, but not required.
