Responsibilities:
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Assist guests with hotel info, local attractions, and services.
- Provide courteous phone and email support.
- Complete daily administrative tasks and checklists.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless service.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
- Fluent in English with a professional phone presence.
- Proficient with computers; Opera experience preferred.
- Previous hospitality experience required.
Education:
- College degree in Hospitality preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
Other:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays.
