We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in
supporting our staff & ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail & be an
organized, resourceful, & flexible multi-tasker. Must handle sensitive &
confidential information with discretion & professionalism. This is an
in-person, onsite role, & both part-time or full-time schedules will be

Responsibilities to include: Serve as a point of contact for staff on a
variety of HR-related matters Perform administrative tasks required to
execute human resource programming Assist with the full recruitment &
employment life-cycle, from job postings to outreach &
onboarding/offboarding employees. Support employee benefits programs,
including processing enrollments, terminations, COBRA Serve as a contact
& assist with administration of leaves of absence (PFML, FMLA) Maintain
accurate & confidential employee records Conduct background checks &
other compliance coordination & tracking Assist with updates of internal
policies & manuals Provide administrative support for employee housing &
H-1B visa programs Provide support for employee relations matters Ensure
adherence to federal, state, & local employment laws & regulations.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
1-3 Years Of Progressive HR Experience. Strong Organizational Skills,
attention to detail, & proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with
ADP Workforce Now a plus. Comfort navigating a variety of sites: benefit
carriers, PFML, unemployment, background checks etc. Excellent
communication skills, discretion, & the ability to handle sensitive
information professionally. Requirements: Suitable background check
(CORI, SORI, DCF) & fingerprinting required Valid driver?s license &
ability to travel between local Riverview locations as needed. Legal
authorization to work in US
