What You?ll Do

- Monitor service quality, address issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify enhancement opportunities to grow account revenue
- Lead contract renewals and maintain oversight across assigned accounts
- Track account performance and prepare regular reports for internal leadership
- Experience in landscaping, account management, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple commercial clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Knowledge of landscape industry standards, services, and best practices
- Ability to read site plans, manage budgets, and navigate client expectations
- Be relationship-driven, organized, and proactive in managing client accounts
