Commercial Lines Account Manager

Kaplansky Insurance, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Worcester, MA team!

• Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns.
• Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections.
• Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication.
• Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions.
• Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk.

• Minimum of 3 years’ of Commercial Lines experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong client relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in insurance agency management software, insurance rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Applied Epic experience is a plus!
